Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and 9p999 ("we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing or using 9p999 — whether by browsing the site, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

Account Registration and Security

You agree that all registration information is accurate and complete, and that you will update it promptly if it changes. The following rules apply to your account at all times:

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Rules

All financial transactions on 9p999 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals made through the platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit, though 9p999 reserves the right to apply limits on a per-account basis where necessary.
• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Available methods may vary and are displayed at the time of transaction.

Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 9p999. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent exclusion from the platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the house.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, including coordinated betting strategies designed to guarantee returns that circumvent normal game variance.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or third-party payment credentials to fund your account. All deposit sources must be legitimately owned by the account holder.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using 9p999 as a vehicle to transfer funds between parties without genuine gaming activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration, KYC verification, or any subsequent account review conducted by 9p999.

Intellectual Property

You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any content from 9p999 without the prior written consent of 9p999. Unauthorised use may result in civil and criminal liability. Limitation of Liability

Responsible Gaming Commitment

• Voluntary deposit limits: players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on their account at any time by contacting support.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, the English language version shall prevail. 9p999 operates as a digital platform accessible to players in Bangladesh.
